About Us

We established Oculus in 2017. As procurement practitioners, we believed that all businesses could benefit from strong procurement practices and should have access to procurement talent.

However, we’re realists. We understood that investing in a procurement team is a significant investment and is inaccessible for many businesses, never mind the cost of the interim market of the large consultancy firms. Some companies may not even realise the value that strong procurement practices can deliver for them!

We believed there was a gap in the market for someone to provide businesses with low-cost, high-capability, procurement services. We thought that we could take our years’ of experience working within a wide range of industry sectors within management consultancy, in-house procurement teams and procurement transformation programmes and offer this as a service to businesses who wanted to improve their procurement practices or provide them with flexible, high-quality, procurement support.

And so, it went from there.

Today, we are proud to have worked with some of the most recognisable, industry-leading, organisations, delivering and managing organisational-wide programmes to reduce costs and improve their approach to procurement.

It is this approach which sees us a receiving our clients’ full confidence, and a level of advocacy which can be seen on our Testimonials section, demonstrating that they are working with the right procurement partner.

Our level of experience sees us providing intelligent and fit-for-purpose supply-chain solutions and service and acting as a true extension of your team. Our mantra is to find you the right supplier-partner who can give you the best and most intelligent solution. Not just the right cost.

Our value proposition is fourfold;

  1. We can provide you with an immediate-access to experienced procurement professionals, all who possess relevant industry experience.
  2. We provide the flexibility to choose temporary short-term support to relieve immediate resource/project delivery pressures or give a longer-term platform to challenge your direct and indirect spend areas.
  3. We provide a service that is delivered and managed by the owners of Oculus. It’s not just a business for us. Exceeded expectations are what we produce.
  4. Our service is extremely cost effective.

We will bring a depth of category knowledge from a range of industry sectors, across indirect and direct spend categories. You can visit our Case Study section to view a variety of projects that we have delivered for our clients.
